London Dictating Machine Services was founded in 1977 by a group of fully trained service personnel Originally. LDM undertook trade work only and to this end repaired dictating equipment for some of the largest retailers and dealers in the country.
Later due to increased demand we opened up to the end users going direct to them.
We still retain our trade work links and this bears testament to our integrity and standing in the service business.
In 1991 we moved from Central London to our present address in Surrey.
In 2006 we were invited to become the UK Grundig Service Centre, taking exclusive care of all warranty repairs of both analogue and digital dictating equipment.
